IBM's ftp site

Recently the network people at my job have taken the liberty to not allow ftp traffic in or out unless it moves over a secure port. Ftp on port 21 is not allowed. Does IBM have service.boulder.ibm.com available securely on sftp. I can't hit it on port 22, so i'm not sure what my options are.

None that I'm aware of. Do you have a server in a DMZ area you could run the ftp on?

The DMZ blocks the same ports. The main network guy is beyond paranoid in general anyway.

So, let's try this URL :
http://ftp.software.ibm.com/storage/tivoli-storage-management/

Note that the content of the directories is not exactly the same (some readme files or archives are missing) and I can't figure why ?

Thanks, if there is anything that i need i can just do it from home and dropbox the files to work if i have to.
