HSM - Space Management quota error

I get the follwoing error on TSM with HSM
ANE4040E (Session: 1896, Node: AIXFSCLSTR) Error
processing '/roma/TL/PO/acc7238 file system /roma has
exceeded its space management quota. (SESSION: 1896)

Do I have to increase the space management quota on /roma and if so how do I do it.
