How to increase system performance?

Hey Guys,
I'm using window 7, my system is running slow. I've did all those which I know to increase the performance of system but that was not effective. So I want to know; is there any tool to increase my pc performance?

Please give me your valuable suggestion.

Hi Vineet,
There are lots factors which affects the system performance such as temporary file, some cookies file, disk clean up and many more. I am using a tool (MindStick Cleaner) nowadays which help me lot. It is free tool so you can download it easily.
