FastBack 6.1 Dedup problem

Hello,

I have two hard drives. C:\ and D:\
On C: is OS. On D: shared folders and Exchange DB and log files.

Full snaphost backup on C: runs with no problems. On D: after 18% at some point backup speed dramaticlly reduce and then Snaphot is just Aborted. No logs about that.

Much earlier in EventViewer I see the following messages:


Event Source: FastBack Data Deduplication Service
2010-03-30 07:47:09.892+03:00 SNN000152E Extent create initialization failure. Return code -28.
2010-03-30 07:47:09.907+03:00 SNN000156E Unable to initialize the extent control block. Return code -28.
2010-03-30 07:47:09.907+03:00 SNN000149E Unable to create or reference an ext handle. Return code -28.

Same drive full backupe worked without deduplication enabled.

Any suggestions?

The reason of failing snapshots is checked in "Purge Exchange Log Files" option in FastBack Manager.

But the problem with small speed still extists.
