Error message ANR0000E with TSM 5.1.0 and AIX 4.3.3 ML10

I've just installed TSM 5.1.0 on a AIX 4.3.3 ML10 and after installation, I set up the variable LANG to "en_US" and also I launched the command "ulimit -d unlimited" but when I launched the command "/usr/tivoli/tsm/server/bin/dsmserv" I had two error messages :

ANR0000E Unable to open language en_US for message formatting

ANR0000E Unable to open message text file for message formatting

there is most probably something wrong with the AIX environment settings.

Check the following

1. Is bos.loc.iso.en_US installed?

2. Are tivoli.tsm.msg.en_US.devices , .server , .webhelp installed and at correct level?

3. #locale should return

LANG=en_US

LC_COLLATE="en_US"

LC_CTYPE="en_US"

LC_MONETARY="en_US"

LC_NUMERIC="en_US"

LC_TIME="en_US"

LC_MESSAGES="en_US"

4. #echo $NLSPATH

/usr/lib/nls/msg/%L/%N:/usr/lib/nls/msg/%L/%N.cat

I solved my problem by installing the bos.loc.iso.en_US. I was in a total french environment.
