dsmc.exe - Ordinal Not Found

Hello,

I get this error when starting DSM or DSMC.

Tried several BA-versions, no change.
win 2012r2

We have 1300+ servers running TSM in many different environments, never seen this error before.

Did you try a 7.1+ version? Because that's when support for 2012R2 started.

Do you recently install TDP SQL? If so, install 7.1.2 or newer.http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1IT10797

Tried 7.1.1, 7.1.3 & 7.1.4
ISP_DB_7.1.3 is installed <- reinstalled with different versions as well - No change

Did you try a complete uninstall of the TSM Client, reboot and reinstall?

What is ISP_DB_7.1.3? Does it use the TSM API?

Yes, uninstalled with reboot and reinstall.

That likely ships with the 7.1.3 API. So you would need the TSM Client 7.1.3 or newer. You said you tried different versions, but not which one you have on now. Since you tried several, I'd now stick with the most current version you tried, so that would be 7.1.4, because going back-level doesn't always work well.
