dmsadmc not able to delete

Hi,
I just finish my tsm setup and i install the CLI client interface, and when i try to delete (backspace) the command i cannot , I try with option EDITOR NO but i loose all avantage the editor give.

So can we change the EDITOR to reconize the delete ?

If your interface to the TSM server is a telnet session, try using PuTTY. PuTTy can be configured, and I can hit my backspace and the cursor moves back one character at a time to delete mistyped characters.

My system is on AIX.

I'm on Solaris. Try "stty erase <press backspace key>"

i have the same problem. my pc runs linux and backspace works in every application as expected. only dsmadmc does not work. and even in some parts inside dsmadmc it works: inside the help-system, backspace works, too.

quite annoying
