what is difference between collocation and reclaimation

Collocation - Keeping or allocating the same domain data in separate media.

Reclamation - Moving all the valid data to a volume and reuse the volume

Collocation: is process in which the files belong to particular node or filespace are written onto mininal sequential access volumes, it can be done by node or filespace.advantage restore is faster.
Reclamation: is process of consolidating data on many sequential access volumes to fewer sequential volumes, so that the original volume can be used as scratch
