Hello everybody and greetings from Romania, this is my first post on the forums.
I would like to delete a DB backup volume. I had DB backups running on a LTO device class for around two weeks, then at some point I switched to running DB backups to a SERVER device class.
I deleted the volume history for the LTO DB backup volumes, and they are all gone from the volhist now, however if I run "q libvol" I still see one DB backup volume (the other ones were returned to scratch).
I know that the latest DB backup volume cannot be deleted, but bear in mind that I have newer backups on the SERVER device class. The volume in question is, however, the only one in its LTO device class. Can I somehow delete it and return the volume to scratch?
Thanks,
Dan
