I keep getting these messages. This is a TSM 5.4 server. Can someone please advise how to deal with this?

check sufficient space is there are not on drive. 40000MB.

Hi,

it looks as if your TSM DB needs to be increased... and you have a spacetrigger
installed.

The command " query spacetrigger db f=d " will show you :
- when (percentfull) the db is going to be increased,
- amount of space required (db expansion percentage - in your case about 40GB)
- where the new db file will be located (in your case there is not enough space for a 40 GB file

Thanks for the replies guy's server is trying to gro the DB by 100%, please see below. I have 16GB remaining on the servers c drive so would like to increase the DB by 20% (8GB) for now just to get me through the next few months. How do I change the DB Space Expansion Percentage to 20%?

Check db, like query DB.If it is not greater than 98 or 99%, Immediatly define dbvolume on different drive(except c drive).

I need to get some more storage for the server as all the local disks are pretty much full.

If there is no space on other drive, define dbvolume with 4GB on C: drive space.
