I have a windows 2000 server that has 2.4 TB of data and a 2gb database. I need to move this TSM server to an AIX server mainly for stability issues. I have researched and found out that I have to use the export/import utility to acomplish this. This is really unreasonable. I exported the data for 1 days worth of data which equaled 1.2Tb and the export took 26 hours, the import took 80. This is unreal. Does anyone know of a way to convert the database without having to do this? Any thoughts you have or suggestions would be appreciated.
