I am a former Kemper Insurance employee with 2 years experience as a TSM administrator looking for a position in the Chicago area, preferably in the Northwest suburbs.
In my former position as an Infrastructure and Support Consultant at Kemper, I was responsible for the backup, recovery and disaster recovery planning of all data on W2K/NT/AIX/AS400 servers utilizing IBM's Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM). These responsibilities include defining, scheduling, monitoring, problem resolution, performance, software product upgrades and technical assistance, interacting with vendors. The TSM servers I support currently reside on the AIX and W2K platforms, and, in the past, the backup software resided on the Mainframe.perience with TSM
