Cant restore DB after crasch

Hi !

I have hade a power crasch on my TSM Server W2k 5.1

The server won't start complaining about the DB.



The devconfig and volhist file are OK The tape is in the Library.



When i try to restore from an DBbackup tape wíth



dsmserv restore db devclass=ait2 volume=alb136 commit=yes



I get the reply



ther is no volume alb136 in library OVERLAND

No mount

Am i doing somthing wrong ore is it a BUGG

I found the problem !!



I have a copy of devconfig and volhistory on another server defined in

DSMSERV.OPT.



This entry was before the default



DEVCONFIG \\XXXX\XXXX\devconfig.out

DEVCONFIG devconfig.out



since i edited the devconfig file on the server with the right slot and lable

(the tape was outside the library) and the restore read the devconfig file

on the other server
