Browser-Requirements for WEB Administrator Interface (TSM Server)

Can anybody tell me the requirements for using the TSM Web Administrator Interface? E.g. I wanted to create a backupset. Therefore I made a server command script, but when I tried to select an item from the list (run the script), nothing happened. Do I have to make any settings concerning java script?
