Backup failing

HI All,
I have a backup which is failing some quite a while and following errors were reported...Latest vss patches are applied and also vss writers are stable.System backup VIA TSM Gui console was successful.
Any help is appreciated

This type of problem/error has been asked (and answered) so many times - please search the forum.

Bottom line, you need to do some exclusions in the dsm.opt file and fine tune your VSS settings.
