Anyone ever received this message - ANS0102W ?

ANS0102W Unable to open the message repository /usr/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin/en_us/dsmclientV3.cat. The American English repository will be used instead.



Got this while trying to open up Command Line Administrative Interface.....



Any ideas WHY ( and HOW-TO fix it ) ????????

Hi OKTSMGURU21,

I had received such message before, because I did not install TSM client for AIX successfully. When I installed the TSM client for aix, there is a failed output, I igored that error, and try to use baclient, It showed this message to me.

I had to deinstall all TSM client fileset, and refer the README.TXT book, install the TSMclient step by step correctly. It work .

if your operating systems locale is different then en_us this error occurs... find which locale did you used on your operating system and create a directory named locale under /usr/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin, and copy all files from en_us directory to the new directory...

here's my example (aix with turkish locale);

mkdir tr_TR

go to en_US directory and copy all files to the tr_TR

it works
