ANS2622S on TSM webclient

Im upgrading my TSM from Version 3. to 5.4.1.0, everything went fine with installation, but when i access nodes thru web client i get ANS2622S "
Either the ID is not registered on the TSM server, or the password for the ID is incorrect."

I've verified the ID and passwords and they both should work fine, both registered on TSM and the Same ID's and password on TSM server. what could be the problem?

Is this windows clients? If so did you uninstall and reinstall the client services?

Your registry entry is corrupt. TSM5.4 places new keys into the registry. It will be safer to remove and reinstall the client and all services and recreate.

Problem is solved. I changed the node name and i didn't change it under TSM Administartors. thank you all...
