ANS2603S - B/A WebGUI error

Hi @ all,

if I try to connect to a B/A client due to WebGUI I get following Java error:

ANS2603S Browser trying to establish connection to client; received
exeption: java.security.AccessControlExeption: access denied
(java.net.SocketPermission 192.168.60.12:3824 connect,resolve)

The destination servers are W2k3 with TSM B/A client 5.5.0.0 or 5.4.1.6 with more than one nic installed!
In the example above the server uses the IP 172.17.60.10 on first nic and the 192.168.60.12 on second as a heartbeat link in a secure vlan environment.

No errors where logged on target servers log files.

All other servers with only one nic are working well with WebGui. Also servers with more than one IP on one nic are working fine.

Any ideas?

is there any proxy settings in your browser? if yes, disable and try again

Hi,

yes, proxy is set. Local addresses are excluded. Without proxy settings the problem is the same :-(

Hi @all,

the issue is solved! Reorder the bindings of the nic's is the solution. Ordering the heartbeat nic to second position replies the desired result.
