ANS1971E The remote client agent (dsmagent.exe) Could not be started.

Dear friends,


I'm having trouble opening the graphics API (TSM 6.2.5), as appears the following error message:


ANS1971E The remote client agent (dsmagent.exe) Could not be started.


Was done uninstalling and installing the product and the problem continues.


What should I do to solve this problem?


OBS:
OS - Windows Server 2003 SP2

Did you setup the TSM services for:

- Client acceptor
- Remote client agent
- Scheduler (to run scheduled backup jobs)
