I am receiving the following backup error for node ccwvtalq_sql, there are currently no backups running so I’m curious as to why TSM thinks the number of mount points have been exceeded.

Beginning full backup for database model, 1 of 1.

hey mike

i see three sessions running on the TSM server but that sessions was running for very long time before i change mount point and i had to killed those session i think they are hanging so yesterday what i did was kill those hung sessions on the server and updated the mount point and then ask the windows guy to run the backup he said it ran successfully why the sessions was running for long time i dont know .

so where RU define in TDP for SQL backup or it is 2 by default.

any way right now its running fine . thanks mike
