ANS0106E Client Errors

TSM Client v5.3.2.0 on Windows 2000 Adv Server w/SP 4



Has anyone seen these errors when starting the TSM client? What do they mean and how do I resolve them? They come one right after another, eventually the client starts and connects... I have tried reinstalling the client but to no avail.





ANS0106E Message index not found for message 11144.

ANS0106E Message index not found for message 11143.

ANS0106E Message index not found for message 13026.

ANS0106E Message index not found for message 10008.

ANS0106E Message index not found for message 12263.

ANS0106E Message index not found for message 12264.

ANS0106E Message index not found for message 12265.

ANS0106E Message index not found for message 12266.

etc, etc.

it happen when you use a specific laguage support





try by force it in english wth this parameter in your dsm.opt file

language eng

I just had this issue upgrading to 5.5.2 from 5.4.1 and added language eng to resolve.
