ANR8300E I/O error on library, Device is not in a state capable of performing request??

Our office recently deployed TSM (for Win2K, V5R1L50) on an IBM Ultrium 3583-LTO library and this morning, I came across the following message:

Any ideas? Is this a library issue, or a TSM software or host adapter issue, before I call IBM to come out? BTW, I'm a newbie to TSM (am a NetWare & NT guy) so I apologize in advance if I don't understand all the terms, etc.

You probably already got it work. Is it a hardware issue or software issue? I got similar I/O error before..because the tape was stuck in the tape drive so it kept sending the errors to the Server.
