-99 Error on TSM Operational Report

We run an Operational Report daily and notice that some days servers have a Status = Failed and Results = -99. The error and schedule logs do not reveal any additional information. Does anyone know why receive this code and what, if anything, can be done to correct it? Thank you.
 
It's an undefined return code, most likely seen because of an issue with a session seeing an idletimeout outside the backup window.

There is an APAR for this - the fix is to upgrade to 5.4.4 or 5.5.2 (depending which level you are at)
