What order are file systems backed up?

What order are file systems processed for backups? For example, if you use the domain statement, e.g. 'domain /some_filesystem' does it process them in order from top to bottom, or is this not predictable?

Also, what if you're instead relying purely on excludes/includes and allowing TSM to back up everything other than what's being excluded. Is it still in some kind of order?

They are Listed initially in our logs in FSID order However the order they finish although roughly the same isnt 100% the same order every day I looked at one node for a month. SO id say they start in the Order of FSID and finish depending on the Qty Data to be backed up. Ths just rough observations of the backup log from one client.
