I am trying to configure a BE agent in NBU OpsCenter. The agent software is installed on the OpsCenter server, the agent is configured, and the data collector for BE is successfully configured. However, the data collector never starts. The only error I see in the agent logs is: Home directory of the product does not exist
The OpsCenter server is a W2K8 R2 standard 64 bit system.
Has anyone ever seen this before or know how to fix it. I can’t find anything in technotes, the admin guide, or google. I have a case opened…but thought I would also try here. Thanks
