Good Morning,

In the policy for each of the virtual server names you use the virtual name.
Note that for the policy for the phyiscal server can not use All_local drives 
because the active node for the virtual node will see the san disks as a  local 
drive.

Thanks everyone for your help.  I was trying to avoid the multiple policies but 
i guess this is the best way to go.  So, I will set up one policiy for all of 
the servers' local drives and then 1 policy each for the virtual server names.  
But In the policies with the VSN's do I use a physical server name as the 
client?
