Guys, thanks for all the help.
This is our Netbackup test server. So we decided
to reinstall Netbackup. After that now Netbackup do see the robot.

I do not know why? maybe it was a conflict some where along
the first time we configure and did not know it.

Anyway, in my case we reinstall Netbackup 5.1 and the problems solve.

I want to thanks everyone that tried to help me.
