DeAnna,
I had this problem here at my site off and on for awhile. While I could
see the robot through sya cfgadm -al, Netbackup was clueless. For me it
ended up being a problem with the fiber. In my case, the Controller
Card in the robot itself was flaky. I would double check all of your
connections and controllers.
