[Veritas-bu] Off site tape storage

Me too. Matter of fact, I've been less than satisfied with Iron =
Mountain's quality of service for some time now. They came through the =
southeast Michigan area and bought out every local offsite storage =
facility, apparently with the intent of creating a monopoly. Archive =
America is setting up facilities here, but it is unknown when they will =
be active.
We're currently looking at Russ Bassett GEMStar cabinets and a bluetooth =
barcode scanner to place in a leased location that we manage and =
control. It would be a bit of a hassle, but we wouldn't be placing =
critical data in the hands of an incapable storage provider.
