What OS is the client?  Is it Windows 2003 server?  I had a Windows 2003
server client that was giving me error 13 also.  To fix the problem, I
changed ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES to individual drive letters and that fixed the
problem.

complete successfully (code 1, some files obviously unable to be backed up).
If I enable VSP, the backup fails with 13 and 41 errors.  Any suggestions?
