Thanks for all who are all replied.
 I did the following  changes Now all the backup/restore traffic using 
second interface.

By adding  REQUIRED_INTERFACE = agni-nbkp on NB media/master server 
didn't  work.

1.    Added all the clients in NB server using <clientname-nbkp>.
2.   Changed .rhosts entry to agni-nbkp root.
3.   Also added  the netbackup server and clients hostname, IP address 
in NIS hosts i.e.192.168.1.27  agni-nbkp .
4.   Changed bp.conf on clients

       SERVER = agni-nbkp
       SERVER = agni.iidc.lucent.com
       CLIENT_NAME = mssrv1-nbkp
       REQUIRED_INTERFACE = mssrv1-nbkp
