You have to have your scratch pool defined in your vm.conf file.

SCRATCH_POOL = <sp_name>.

It is case sensitive.

You can check the successful setting of your scratchpool name with "vmpool
-listscratch"

-M

Hello there. I have a NBU 4.5 system that is not acknowledging my scratch
pool. I have plenty of good tapes in scratch, and the system says, no
storage available. I also need to fix this problem using the command line
only. Thank you so much for your help in advance.
