Hello,
Has anyone ever run into this problem with IDR? I have a firewall
environment using VNETD with a Master server in one VLAN and a Media server
in a different VLAN with the clients that are unable to recover the IDR
information. What port must be open from the master server to the client
for IDR?

recovery information failed - cannot connect on socket
