You can check the compatibility matrix on the Veritas support site.

1.  support.veritas.com
2.  Pick your product
3.  Click the compatibility tab
4.  Pick the feature of the product

I can tell you that very little is supported for Win03.  Right now, Veritas
has only certified one HBA and one switch for use with Win03 (this may have
changed in the last few days, and the low number is because of a Windows
problem).
