Is this command for NBU 4.5 only?  Can NBU 3.4 users do this?

       vmchange [-h <volume_database_host>]
           -new_v <volume_group>
           [-m <media_id> | -b <barcode> -mt <media_type> -rt
<robot_type>]

Remember the "rules" for volume groups.  In order to media to reside in
the 
same volume group they MUST share the same residence (ie.  NON-ROBOTIC
or 
ROBOTIC)
