[Veritas-bu] upgrading 3.2 Netbackup

I run Netbackup 3.2ga on solaris platform with an L1000 tape storage unit.

I have got to put a plan together for upgrading and was wondering if there
was anything special to note from peoples experiences from upgrading from
3.2 to 3.4. Such things as licenses are in 3.4 and not 3.2 sop how to they
fit in? Is it also a case of just overwriting stuff that's there or do I
have to uninstall 3.2? In which case will all my scripts still work with the
new version etc.

Anyone any ideas?
