[Veritas-bu] NDMP Restores

NetBackup NDMP 4.5 is a NDMP _tape_ host.  The tape and mover interfaces
of the NDMP protocol are implemented.  The data interfaces are not
implemented.  It cannot be the source of backup data or the destination
of restore data.
