[Veritas-bu] set_ndmp_attr and storage unit for NDMP.

I've been bitten by the set_ndmp_attr command several times.  It is buggy.
Veritas has a patch but won't release it until 4QTR for NBU 4.5.  So, in
the meantime, do what I do.  BEFORE you make any changes using this command,
go to /usr/openv/volmgr/database and make a copy of the file:
.namespace.chksum
then run your command.  That way if it screws everything up, you can copy
it back.  OR for the couragous, just hand edit the text file.  Be sure to
use -verify after your edits to check your work.
