A simple method to ensure that you will get your regularly scheduled backups
even though you do a manual backup is to set the frequency equal to the
window.

For example:
Incremental backups daily set for 19:00 hours with a window of 8 hours on 6
days of the week.
Set the frequency to 8 hours.

Likewise a FULL backup every week on Friday. The window is set for Friday
at 19:00 for a window of 8 hours.

Set the frequency to 8 hours, the FULL will run every Friday even if you run
a manual backup on another day.

The manual backup counts in your backup frequency setting for you class
schedules. If you do a manual today, and you have a one-week frequency on
your schedule, then you'll get your next backup a week from now rather then
on the next "scheduled" run.

A way around this, for weekly schedules, is to set a daily frequency but
with a window only open on day per week.

can somebody please explain, why if I run a manual backup of a server out of

its normal cycle, it wont kick off the next time when its suppose to run
unless I do another manual backup to get the cycles in sinque again.
