If memory serves, you don't touch the file - you put some data in it ;)

Hi
i touch  a file called SIZE_DATA_BUFFERS under /usr/open/netbackup/db
directory  on my client , master as well as on my  media server. All are Sun
Solaris running Sol8 except client which is running solaris 2.6. NBU 3.4 
The bptm log on media server  but still showing  that size of the data
buffer is  32768 .
i already restarted NBU daemons on my master and media servers.
Any clue.
