[Veritas-bu] using dd to dupilcate tapes

If you are using dd command, you can not have duplicate image files in your
catalog. you can only duplicate the whole tape.
manually mount the tapes to the different drives, and run:
dd if=<driver device filename where the original tape locates> of=<driver
device filename where the new tape locates>
