        While we're on the subject -- does anyone recall a message from ~ 12
months back saying that the reason that N/B can't do auto drive cleaning
with
ATL tape libraries is that their firmware sends the "wrong" tapealert
message
to the host.

        I'm sure the message mentioned a particular firmware patch but I can't
now find the message and nor can I find anything related on ATL's web
site (or
indeed the Veritas web site).

        Did I dream this or does someone else remember it?
