Many times, we get this message when deassigning tapes, but the tapes
deassign anyway.  Maybe the tapes also unfreeze anyway?

determine and unfreeze frozen media, and the results:

available_media reports that the tapes are there, but bpmedia cannot
unfreeze them because it says they are not....

Anyone run into this kind of situation before?
