Hi Aaron - I got this response from one of the techie NW guys:
The new directory ?dedup? created under ?nsr? serves these purposes:
        contains cache and logs as child directories.
        Subdir cache contains the avtar client-side cache
        Subdir ?log? contains the avtar client-side logs.
