Yes the backup policy of my company is very strict, but is make my think a lot, 
today I don't have any multiplexing problems, because we are begining the 
migration from brigshtor to nertworker, on this stage only 8 servers are 
backuped whith networker. 
For another way all oracle database backups runs 6 times a day (achive logs) 
Diferent retentions policies and diferent backups types make my crezy becouse 
I'm new in this, I start to work in backup proyect a year ago, before that I 
have that thinking: backup=easy think.
