I never heard of a DNS name that ended in a dot. Is your NetWorker server
running on Windows? If so, you probably need to install the OSF option for
its file system so it can support directories with names that end in a dot
because strictly speaking such directories are not supported by Windows.
Honestly though, I suggest you find a way to give your NetWorker server a
FSQN that does not end in a dot.
