Correct.  We back up a Celerra using NDMP and in the event of a disaster, we 
would need another Celerra to restore to.   That is why we are looking into 
backing up our Celerra as just a regular file share when our new one arrives 
shortly.

My understanding is that NDMP backups require a "similiar" target as the
source.  You need a Celerra to recover the data from a Celerra.  I am
looking at getting a Netapp and will test that understanding soon.
