[Networker] Upgrade to 7.4sp2

Hi , I am a newbie with networker and I have been asked to upgrade our
systems to 7.4 as our existing version is going end of life
I have a mixture of legacy client systems (solaris 2.6 running v6.1.4)
that cannot go to 7.4 will this be a problem with 7.4?
Can i still use the server initiated upgrade tool with this setup?
