I would make a directive called "something" defined as:

<< c:\program files\emc\logs >>
+skip:

And then assign that directive to the server in question, in the NMC. 
Better to assign directives to clients globally in the NMC, rather than to 
use directive files on the client itself, which may be overlooked.
