As I already said, my understanding is that .nsr files are
ignored by OnTAP's dump command. The dump command itself
creates its own snapshot and backs it up, so you shouldn't see
any .snapshot directories in the backup anyway.

The only way to do it is to not use the "ALL" saveset and
setup each
volume you want to backup in the saveset list.
